Fixed alpha channel of multipass layers when layers are saved separately.
User Interface
Improved water node synchronization between water function and water surface options dialog.

Import/Export
Fixed Nuke export coordinates when VUE uses non-default axis conventions.

Fixed rendering of EcoSystems containing Plant Factory species saved as a .vob file.
