PM and Avatar Disabled , Unable to Post

Hi , I found that I am unable to PM admins and the avatar is not showing, when I tried to change , it said it is disabled. And I can't start a new thread in any topic .Can anyone help.

PM, Avatar and New Topics within Apps, Games and Movies sections has been disabled for Newly Registered members who have less than 10 posts, once you have 10 posts or more, Everything will be enabled for you!

Thanks for the Topic vbas28. I'm trying to get a PM through to the admin and I'm having the same trouble. Oh well... I hope this post counts as one...
