Maybe you are trying to post the same content again? or trying to post a reply to your own topic? which has been disallowed for the time period of 24 hours.
You can reply to your own topics after 24 hours though.
If that's not the reason, can you make a screenshot of the issue and post here or PM me.

I see, well that's not a problem.
We have a Similar Topic Search mod installed on this forum which tries to find the similar topics to subject.
Still, you can ignore this Similar Topic Search and post your topic without any trouble.
Yet, I see a bit problem in that mod is that it is finding only a few words matched title as Similar Topic, I will look into it.
